stuffed meatballs
Just wait till you get to the center of these
marvelous meatballs. Stuffed with hard-boiled eggs and topped with
tomatoes, you'll have a hard time deciding which part of this dish you
like the most. Have a ball!
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. leanest ground beef
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 orange squeezed
- 1 lemon squeezed
- 1 lime squeezed
Methods/steps
Mix all but tomatoes and hard-boiled eggs
in a bowl. Divide mixture into 6 portions and form meat around hard
cooked eggs to cover eggs completely. Place 1/2 the tomatoes in a
shallow baking dish 9 x 9 and place meat balls then pour rest of
tomatoes evenly and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
