easy fish stock
Something fishy is going on around here...and
it's darn tasty. This homemade fish stock can be used as a base for
plenty of dishes. It's chock full of flavor and swimming in goodness.
Can those store-bought brands in favor of the real deal.
Ingredients
1 lb. mild fish bones 1 quart of water 1 bunch fresh parsley stems 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Methods/steps
Combine all ingredients in a large
saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 2 hours. Pour
mixture through a wire mesh strainer, discarding bones, parsley and
onion.

Ready in 2 hours and 15 min
