potato salad

Very tasty although a little high in calories is worth every bite

Ingredients
9-10 large potatoes
1 lg. onion
1-2 bell peppers
5 eggs, boiled and cooled
1 lb bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
Sauce:
2 cups Best Foods Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
garlic powder
season salt
black pepper to taste
dash salt as well

Directions
Boil potatoes until done. Cool, peel & cube Fry bacon until crisp, cool, drain and crumble. drizzle bacon grease over potates and toss. chop onion& bell pepper/s,Dice boiled eggs (reserve 1-2 eggs for top of salad) Add crumbled bacon. Add mixture to potatoes Toss to evenly distribute Salt & pepper to taste. Sauce: Mix together mayonnaise and mustard. Add garlic powder,season salt,black pepper to taste ,last a dash of mortons salt Mix until thoroughly blended pour over potato mixture and toss to cover top with sliced hard boiled eggs sprinkle with paprika allow to set for a few hours so flavors amy blend
