broccoli cheese bake

Broccoli with cream of mushroom soup, cheese, ritz crackers, YUMMY!

Ingredients
2 Heads Broccoli
3 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
3 Eggs
16 Ounces Mild White Cheddar
Ritz Crackers
Melter Butter (Land O' Lakes)

Directions
Blanch Broccoli and drain well
Put in 13 x 9 baking pan
Mix soup and eggs, pour over broccoli
Spread Chesse over mixture
Crush Ritz Crackers and put over entire mixture
Drizzle with butter
Bake at 350 degrees
