Veggie Casserole
Great side dish and easy to fix for a spur of the moment occasion.
Ingredients
1 can whole kernel Shoepeg (white) corn
1 can french-cut green beans
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tube crackers (TownHouse or Ritz)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Empty cans into a round casserole dish and stir to blend well. Crush crackers over top. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes.
