Fruity Breakfast
Struggling to find a breakfast that isn't so boring? You won't sour on this grapefruit and yogurt dish. It's a five-star meal with three simple ingredients.

2 grapefruits
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
Methods/steps
With a sharp knife cut off both ends of the grapefruit and set grapefruit on flat end on a cutting board. Cut away and discard peel and membranes; section grapefruit, discarding membrane.
Preheat broiler and arrange grapefruit in single-serving ovenproof dishes. Sprinkle with brown sugar and broil until sugar melts and darkens (5 minutes).
Serve warm with yogurt.
