5 oz. jumbo lump crab meat 1 1/2 oz. sweet sherry 1 1/4 oz. butter 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice Seafood seasoning, to taste
Methods/steps
Gently combine ingredients and place in an oven-proof dish. Broil at 425 degrees about 8-12 minutes, until the ingredients reach 155 degrees and are slightly browned.
