Cheesecake Banana Pudding

A quick dessert with little guilt. Ingredients 5-6 bananas, 2 cups of cold skim milk, 1 container of Cool Whip (Lite), 1 box of Nilla Wafers (I used the lower fat ones) 1 box of cheesecake pudding 1 box of vanilla pudding Directions Using a glass casserole dish, start by layering your cookies on the bottom of the dish, and cut up two bananas for the top. Lay another layer of cookies and bananas until they are all gone or until the casserole dish 3/4 full. In another mixing bowl, mix the pudding with two cups of cold skim milk and Cool Whip. Stir until it becomes very creamy and pour over the cookies and bananas. Cover with glass top and chill for about an hour. Serve chilled. Preparation takes about 20 minutes at the most.
