Tomato & Mozzarella Salad
This is a refreshing salad that you can eat all year round. Low Carb dieters can eat all they want and not feel guilty!!
Ingredients
1 carton of fresh grape tomatoes
16 oz. fresh mozzarella balls, rinsed
1-2 T. fresh basil, coarsely diced
1/4 - 1/2 c. Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse off tomatoes & cheese and place in bowl. Coarsely dice the fresh basil and add to bowl. Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
