Shepherd's Pie
A quick and easy recipe that everyone will enjoy!
Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
2 packets brown gravy mix
8-10 potatoes
1 can corn
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups water
1 stick butter
1-2 cups milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Brown beef and drain. Sprinkle in gravy and 2 cups of water. Let simmer to thicken. Peel and dice potatoes, cook and proceed to make mashed potatoes with butter and milk. Pour beef mixture in 13x9 dish. Add can of corn, top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
