Carmel Corn

Great Saturday night snack Ingredients 2 sticks butter 1 Cup brown sugar 1/2 Cup light kayro syrup 1/2 teas. vanilla 1/2 teas. baking soda 1 (8 oz.) bag of corn puffs Directions In a saucepan add the butter, brown sugar and syrup. On medium heat bring to a slow rolling boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add the vanilla (it will foam) and baking soda. Put corn puff in a roasting pan and pour the mixture over the corn puffs and stir to coat. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stirring every 15 minutes. YUMMY !!!! Prep Time: 20 Min Servings: 8
