Spinach & Artichoke Dip
An extremely easy dip to throw together for company. And tasty too!
Ingredients
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 cup mayonaise
1 cup grated pecorino romano cheese (can substitute parmigana)
1 clove garlic
1 can artichoke hearts (in water)
dash of black pepper
Directions
Thaw and drain frozen spinach. Place in a large bowl. Add Mayonnaise. Add 1 cup, less 1 TBSP of grated cheese and stir. Peel and chop garlic. Add to mixture and stir. Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Add to mixture and stir all ingredients well. Place mixture in ovenproof dish and top with the 1 TBSP of reserved grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers or sliced Italian bread.
