Coconut Slammers

Soft, chewy, crisp coconut peanut butter M&M cookies. Ingredients 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup coconut 1 cup M&Ms 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup butter flavored Crisco 1 cup regular sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla Directions Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Mix wet ingredients together well. Add flour a little at a time. Put spoonful of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. The smaller the cookie the better. Cook in 350F degree oven 10-12 minutes or until done. Servings: 24
