Cornbread Casserole

A good side of corn with cornbread. Great even for those who aren't corn lovers. Ingredients 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn 1 box cornbread mix 8 oz sour cream 1 stick butter Directions Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together. It is ok to use the liquid from the corn. Pour in 9x11 baking pan. Cook at 350F degrees until solid in the middle or slightly brown on top. Prep Time: 5 Min Cook Time: 20 Min Total Time: 25 Min
