yummy cream cheese pie
No-bake cream cheese pie.
Ingredients
2 graham cracker pie shells
2 cream cheese bars (room temp)
2 cans condensed milk
lemon juice to taste (about 2-3 oz)
1 can whipped cream
Directions
With an electric mixer, blend cream cheese and milk until combined well. Add lemon juice to taste and mix. Pour into pie shells. For extra added yumminess, top with fresh strawberries or other fresh fruit or canned pie filling. Refrigerate until firm and slice. Top with whipped cream and serve. Cream cheese takes about 3 hours to get to room temperature. Prep time: 20 minutes. Refrigeration takes 2-4 hours. Each pie serves 6-8 depending on how you want to slice.
