crustless pumpkin pie
This is a great dessert. It is low in calories and very delicious.
Ingredients
▪ 15 oz canned pumpkin
▪ 12oz canned 2% Evaporated Skim Milk
▪ 3 Egg whites
▪ 1/2 tsp salt
▪ 3 Tsp pumpkin spice (optional)
▪ 1 Tsp Vanilla
▪ 1/3 cup Splenda
▪ 1/3 cup confectioners 10x sugar
I often just use 1/3 cup confectioners 10x sugar and skip the Splenda.
Directions
▪ Put all ingredients in blender and mix well
▪ Spray 10in pie plate with PAM
▪ Pour in mixture
▪ Bake at 400F for first 15 minutes
▪ Bake at 325F for 45 minutes until knife comes out clean

Cook Time: 1 Hr
