tater tot beef bake
A quick meat and potatoes dish, perfect for a busy weeknight.
Ingredients
1 bag tater tots
1 small can french fried onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1 pound ground chuck
4 ounces shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, etc)
2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Directions
Place tater tots in 13x9x2 pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray and bake according to package directions. Brown ground beef until no longer pink, seasoning with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drain off grease. Add mushroom soup, broccoli and 1/2 of onions. Cook over medium heat until broccoli is heated through. Remove tater tots from oven and pour meat mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining fried onions and top with cheese. Bake at 375F degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with a garden salad. Serves 6-8.
