Speedy Egg & Cheese Stack
Layers of tortilla, scrambled eggs, cheese and tomatoes make for a fun, but ultra-quick dish.

Ingredients:
6 eggs, beaten
6 Taco Bell Home Originals Flour Tortillas
1 c. Kraft Mexican-Style Shredded Cheese
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Pour eggs into non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook on medium heat 5 minutes or until set, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Place 2 tortillas, overlapping, on bottom of 9" pie plate. Top with 1/2 of the eggs and 1/3 each of the cheese and tomato. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining tortillas, cheese and tomato slices.
Bake 10 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Makes 4 servings.
