Prosciutto, Melon, an Mozzarella Skewers
Delicate slices of prosciutto pair nicely w/ creamy mozzarella and the subtle sweetness of melon.

Ingredients
1 sm. cantaloupe
12 bamboo skewers
12 fresh basil leaves
4 oz. fresh mozzarella pearls
12 slices of prosciutto
Balsamic glaze
Directions
1. Cut the cantaloupe in half & remove seeds. Cut each. half into thirds; remove skin, then cut into 24 cubes.
2. On each skewer, thread 1 cantaloupe cube, 1 slightly folded basil leaf, 3 mozzarella pearls, 1 slightly folded prosciutto slice, & another cantaloupe cube.
3. Serve, drizzled w/ balsamic glaze. Refrigerate leftovers.
