Cheese and Fresh Herb Quiche

Ingredients
1 frozen pie crust
3 eggs
3/4 c. creme fraiche
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oz. shredded gruyere cheese, divided
2 tbsp. chopped chives, divided
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Directions
1 Partially bake pie crust according to pkg. instructions. Let cool.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
3. In lg. bowl, whisk egg. Add creme fraiche and heavy cream; stir til smooth. Add salt, black pepper, and 3 oz. gruyere; stir to combine. Add 1 tbsp. chive, cilantro, and parsley; stir to combine.
4. Pour mixture into pie crust. Scatter the remaining 1 oz. gruyere overtop. Bake 30-35 min. til the middle is completely set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. (Safe internal temp. 160 degrees F.)
5. Garnish w/ remaining 1 tbsp. chives before slicing and serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
