Easy Hawaiian Pizza

Ingredients

1/2 c. pizza sauce

1 premade pizza crust

1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

4 oz. cubed, cooked ham (safe internal temp. 45 degrees F.)

1/2 c. well-drained diced pineapple, fresh or canned

1/4 c. chopped, fresh cilantro (optional)

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. F.

2. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edge.

3. Sprinkle 1/2 c. cheese over sauce, followed by ham and pineapple. Top with remaining 1/2-c. cheese.

4. Bake 12- 15 min., or til cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden brown.

5. Top with cilantro and red pepper flakes, if desired.

6. Cut into slices and serve, refrigerate any leftovers.
