Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1 pound beef top sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, pepper, and, if desired, red pepper flakes. Add steak and toss to coat.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add steak; cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is browned on the edges, 3-4 minutes. Place on a plate and set aside.
  3. Add butter to the pan; once melted, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add steak bites back to the pan and stir to coat. Stir in parsley.
