Spinach & Bacon Pasta Toss



Bursting w/ color & flavor, this spring dish is perfect for special occasions.

Total:  25 min.

Ingredients:
1 lb. wide egg noodles, uncooked
¾ c. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
1 bag (6 oz.) fresh baby spinach leaves (4 c.)
1 c. Kraft Finely Shredded Italian Style Five Cheese Blend, divided
8 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

Method:
Cook noodles as directed on package.  Drain, reserving ½ c. of cooking water.
Meanwhile, heat dressing in lg. skillet on med. Heat.  Add chicken; cook & stir  5 – 7 min. or til cooked thru.  Add tomatoes; cook 1 min., stirring occasionally.
Stir in noodles & reserved ½ c. cooking water.  Remove from heat.  Add spinach, ½ c. cheese & bacon; toss lightly to combine.  Sprinkle w/ remaining ½ c. cheese.
Makes 8 servings, 1 ½ c. ea.
