Sausage & Tomato Rigatoni



Combining Italian sausage w/ zesty dressing packs this simple dish w/ loads of flavor.

Prep:  10 min.
Total:  30 min.

Ingredients:
4 c. rigatoni pasta (8 oz.), uncooked
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into chunks
1 med. Red onion, sliced
¼ c. tomato paste
¼ c. Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
¼ c. chopped fresh parsley
¼ c. Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

Method:
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, brown sausagein lg. non-stick skillet; drain.  Stir in onion & tomato paste; cover.  Cook 15 min. or til onions are tender & sausage is cooked thru (170˚F.), stirring mixture w/ pasta.  Sprinkle w/ parsley & cheese.
Toss sausage mixture w/ pasta.  Sprinkle w/ parsley & cheese.
Makes 4 servings, about 2 c. ea.

Shortcut:  make your prep even easier by using a pair of cooking scissors to cut up raw sausage.
