Teriyaki Meatballs

Sauce: 1/2 c. soy sauce 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. Asian Soy Hot Sauce 1 tsp. ginger Meatballs: 1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 3/4 c. fine bread crumbs 1 egg, beaten Mix sauce ingredients; set aside. Combine meatball ingredients; mix well and form 1(1-1/2") balls. Place meatballs in oven-safe dish and cover with sauce. Marinate overnight in refrigerator, turning once. Cook at 325 degrees F. for 30 - 35 minutes. Makes about 40 meatballs.
