Prep: 15 min./ Total: 15 min. 4 c. coleslaw blend 2 c. sugar snap peas 2 lg. red peppers, cut into strips (about 2 c.) 1/2 c. green onion slices 1/4 c. Planters Dry Roasted Peanuts 1 can (15.25 oz.) tropical fruit salad, drained 1/2 c. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing Combine all ingredients except dressing in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately. Makes 10 servings, 1 c. each. Calories: 110; Fat: 5 g. (Saturated: 0.5 g.); Cholesterol: 0 mg.; Sodium: 250 mg.; Carbohydrates: 5 g.; Protein: 3 g.; Vitamin A: 60% DV; Vitamin C: 170% DV; Calcium: 6% DV; Iron: 85% DV. Each serving of this recipe provides an excellent source of vitamins A and C.
