Jell-O 1-2-3 Dessert

Once blended, this creamy and fruity dessert transforms into luscious layers. Prep: 5 min./Total: 25 min. (incl. refrigerating) 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin 3/4 c. boiling water Ice cubes 1/2 c. cold water 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping Dissolve dry gelatin mix in boiling water in bowl. Add enough ice cubes to cold water in bowl. 1-1/4 c.; add to gelatin mixture. Add to blender; cover and blend 30 seconds. Add whipped topping; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour evenly into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes or until set. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator. Makes 4 servings. Variation: Prepare as directed using your favorite flavor of Jell-O Gelatin.
