Quick 'n' Easy Pork Chop Simmer

Simple pork chops take on tremendous flavor with a barbecue sauce and dressing glaze. Prep: 25 min./Total: 55 min. [incl. marinating] 1/4 c. Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce 1/4 c. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing 1 tbsp. Grey Poupon Honey Mustard 4 bone-in pork chops, 3/4" thick (1-1/2 lb.) 2 c. thinly sliced carrots 2 c. Minute White Rice, prepared according to package instructions Mix barbecue sauce, dressing and mustard in glass baking dish or large resealable plastic bag until well blended. Remove 6 tbsp. of the marinade for later use. Add chops to remaining 3 tbsp. marinade in baking dish; refrigerate at least 10 minutes or overnight to marinate. Cook chops in large skillet on medium heat 5 minutes; turn chops over. Add reserve marinade and carrots; cover. Cook 7 - 10 minutes or until stirring occasionally. Serve with the hot cooked rice. Makes 4 servings.
