Classic Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS
2 lb. cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 large eggs
1/2 pint heavy cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Lemon rind
1 wafer crust
METHODS/STEPS
Mix all ingredients until smooth and fit the wafer crust into a 9-inch spring form pan. Pour in ingredients, and bake 1 hour or till slightly browned at edges at 350 degrees. Be careful not to overcook.
