Aperol Spritz Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons Aperol
- 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange juice, dried cranberries, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until the berries pop, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the heat; stir in the Aperol and orange zest. Transfer to a small bowl; refrigerate until chilled. If desired, top with additional orange zest just before serving.
