energy bars

Easy to make, and take on trips in car, on bike on foot Ingredients 1 cup of peanut butter, plain or crunchy, 1 1/2 cups of oatmeal, instant or long cook or crushed cornflakes, 3/4 cup honey, 1 cup dry milk Directions Mix all ingredients together and put in a plastic container or square pan and refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut in to 16 bars. Can be wrapped separately for traveling. Servings: 16
