Million-Dollar$ Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons sweet pickle juice
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash hot pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: Crumbled cooked bacon and sliced sweet baby pickles

Directions

  1. Cut the eggs lengthwise in half. Remove the yolks, reserving the whites. In a small bowl, mash the yolks. Stir in mayonnaise, butter, pickle juice, mustards, sugar, salt, pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Spoon or pipe filling into egg whites. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. Sprinkle with paprika. If desired, top with bacon and pickle slices.
