ice cream cinnamon rolls
Description
When my first child was in kindergarten we started making these, and they are a favorite every time and everywhere I serve them. They are extremely simple and taste like heaven!
Ingredients
4 cans buttermilk refrigerated biscuits(10 ct)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup any flavor ice cream (cinnamon, butter-brickle our favorites)
2 sticks margarine (1-cup)
Directions
Cut biscuits in fourths and roll them in a mixture of the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Place in 9 X 13 pan. In a microwave save bowl, melt the ice cream, brown sugar and margarine. Stir to blend. Add any leftover sugar/cinnamon mixture to melted mixture and pour over your cut and coated biscuit pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Turn out onto a jelly roll pan lined with aluminum foil. Enjoy!
